A Loud Intense Rock Double Bill

We are very excited and thrilled to announce the opening acts for the Wounded Galaxies Festival: Bladerunner, featuring John Zorn (sax), Bill Laswell (bass), and Dave Lombardo (drums); and Simulacrum, featuring John Medeski (organ), Matt Hollenberg (guitar), and Kenny Grohowski (drums). This will be, in Zorn’s words, “a loud intense rock double bill”.

Musicians like Zorn and Laswell do not play in the Midwest often, and in places like Bloomington, never. This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to see them in a venue like the Buskirk-Chumley Theater.

Get a taste of Zorn’s music now… Get excited to see him later!
